After taking a six-year break from work to raise a family, Silva was a little anxious about where to go with her career, so she joined our ParentsNext program to develop her confidence and access support to get back into the workforce.

While participating through the program, support worker and ParentsNext manager Karen saw great potential in Silva and encouraged her to apply as a ParentsNext coach herself.
