CVGT Employment - Helping Job Seekers & Employers

Creating opportunities. Building futures.

CVGT Employment is a not-for-profit, community-focused organisation with a long history of supporting job seekers and employers in VIC, NSW, and TAS.
Since 1983, we’ve been helping people access meaningful work and training opportunities. We know that inclusive employment benefits individuals, strengthens businesses and builds healthier communities.

I’m not sure where to start

From the minute you first get in touch with us, you will be supported and encouraged as we help you to search for meaningful work.

Take the first step

I’m a young person aged 15 to 24

Whether you’re weighing up your future at school, have just left study or wanting to do more training and struggling to decide where you could fit in the workforce, our Youth Employment Services are ready to help.

Say YES to your future

I have an injury, illness or disability

We help people with a disability, injury or health condition (including anxiety and depression) prepare for work, find and keep a job, and grow their career.

We’ll support you

I’m a parent or carer of young children

Parent Pathways is a voluntary and personalised service to help parents and carers with children under 6 work towards their goals.

Your path, our support

I’m after an apprenticeship or traineeship

Our dedicated Apprenticeships & Traineeships team will connect you with a host employer to support you throughout your qualification.

We’ll get you qualified

I’m a First Nations job seeker

We work closely with our Indigenous communities to connect you to inclusive employers and employment opportunities.
