Kickstart your career with an apprenticeship!

It doesn’t matter if you’ve just finished school, are looking at changing careers or re-entering the workforce, an apprenticeship or traineeship might be the solution you’ve been looking for.

Apprenticeships and traineeships combine work and training to achieve a nationally recognised qualification. They can be completed full-time, part-time or school-based.

The best way to find an apprenticeship or traineeship is to first think about what interests you. We’ll chat to find out what you like and what you’re good at. Then we can match you to the right industry, job type and host employer.

Once you know where you want to work, you’ll need an employer.

There are three ways you can complete an apprenticeship or traineeship:

  1. Group training – You approach CVGT Employment and ask us to employ you. We’ll look after everything for you and even pay your wage. Read More
  2. Direct employment – You find an employer willing to offer you an apprenticeship or traineeship and you work directly for them.
  3. School-based apprenticeships and traineeships – A combination of school, paid work and vocational training.

Under CVGT Employment Group Training, we will employ you and loan you to a host employer for the short or long term.

Apprenticeships and traineeships provide solid career pathways. Your future earning potential looks good. Chefs, plumbers, builders and office managers all started somewhere.
