Kiosk Attendant

Café and kiosk attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills. They deliver first-class services to customers, in line with Belgravia’s mission, vision and values.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers 
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café 
  • Replenish condiments as needed 
  • Follow health and safety guidelines 
  • Have cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash 
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems 
  • Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons 
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons 
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options 
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre’s peak periods 
  • Current Food Handling Certificate 
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2). 
  • Current CPR Certificate. 
  • Current Food Handlers Qualification 
  • Police Check 
  • Working with Children Check
