Transition to Work

Transition to Work supports young people aged 15-21 on their journey to employment.

The service has a strong focus on practical support and work experience to build skills, confidence and readiness for work.

For Job Seekers

If you’re a job seeker, we like to make things as easy as possible for you, through understanding, guidance and support.

From your first appointment, you will be engaged in activities supported by our trained and experienced staff to make you work-ready, and to help you into work or education including apprenticeships and traineeships.

For Employers

For employers, we will talk to you to understand your business and staffing needs. Then we will match this to our extensive database of quality candidates to deliver the right match to your business.

Lodge your vacancy with us and we will organise the advertising, interviewing and all the paperwork.

Let our friendly team show you how wage subsidies and Australian Government incentives can assist you. A Transition to Work employee is a cost effective staffing solution for your business with generous incentives available.
