Kepler’s hospitality journey continues with support from CVGT Employment

For more than six years, Kepler has been building a successful career in hospitality with the support of CVGT Employment.

Today, Kepler is thriving in his role at Universal Restaurant in Carlton, where he works in food preparation and supports the busy kitchen team. His employment journey is a great example of how ongoing support, meaningful employment and determination can help people achieve long-term success.

A journey built on long-term support

Kepler first connected with CVGT Employment through our Echuca office before later transferring to our Greensborough office after moving to Melbourne. Throughout that time, he has continued to receive personalised support to help him navigate work and build confidence in his career.

They’re always helpful whenever I need some help. If something goes wrong with work, I can just contact Brooke or somebody else at CVGT and discuss it with them to see what can be worked out. I think they treat people amazingly.
