“They have kept in regular contact to check on how the new staff are going and ask if there is anything CVGT Employment can do to help both ourselves and new staff in their ongoing employment,” Brian says.

Urgent need for staff

Brian has owned Delited since 2007 and the business has a focus on commercial cleaning, keeping its staff of 14 employees busy.

And it was an urgent need for more workers that prompted Brian to contact Wodonga CVGT Employment recently.

“We were impressed with the friendly, helpful and competent nature of the staff at the Wodonga office, who worked hard to accommodate our needs, and who followed up afterwards to see how everything, particularly the new staff was going.

“CVGT Employment have checked the prospective staff well, and were able to offer informed opinions on who they thought might suit us best. They also took the time to listen and find out what we did, and what our requirements might be.”
