Giving back
Through our Community Grants, Sponsorships and Partnerships, we are proud to give back to the community in meaningful ways.
In the 2024-25 financial year, CVGT Employment proudly
delivered $200,000 in funding to 34 community organisations through its Community Grants program.
We also provided $31,565 in sponsorships to organisations and clubs that are the lifeblood of our communities.

Parent Pathways celebrates a strong first year
In its first year of operation, our Parent Pathways program has delivered meaningful outcomes for families and communities.
We worked with over 1,300 participants, supported 325 into accredited and non-accredited training, and helped 26 individuals transition into paid employment.
To build awareness and foster connection, we also hosted several Family Fun Days and proudly showcased the program at the Royal Melbourne Show, engaging with the public and strengthening ties within our communities.

Inclusive Employment Australia launches
Our Inclusive Employment Australia program launched successfully on 1st November 2025, in 55 locations across Victoria and Tasmania.
Replacing the previous Disability Employment Services program, the Inclusive Employment Australia program supports people with a disability, injury or health condition to prepare for, find and maintain work, and grow their career.

Supporting workforce diversity and inclusion
CVGT Employment was proud to be recognised again as a Diversity Council of Australia Inclusive Employer for 2025–2026, with the diversity of our staff reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve.

Thank you all for your support during 2025. This year marked the successful commencement of our Parent Pathways and Inclusive Employment Australia programs.
Throughout the year, our team remained focused on creating meaningful pathways into employment and preparing individuals for the workforce.
Across multiple programs and locations, we have continued to build strong partnerships and deliver outcomes that reflect our deep commitment to working with and for the community.
