After several years of dedication, patience and steady progress towards finding work, Thomas has begun his career as an arborist with North East Tree Care in Wodonga.

Thomas has worked with CVGT Employment Wodonga for some time, building towards the next step in his career and exploring opportunities that aligned with his goals. His employment journey has not been without its challenges, but despite these, he remained focused on finding a long-term opportunity.

Throughout this time, the priority was to identify a role and workplace that would provide the right environment and support for Thomas to succeed. When the opportunity arose to connect with Manager Merv and the team at North East Tree Care, it quickly became clear the match was right.
