What is Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA)?

Inclusive Employment Australiaโ€ฏis a new specialist disability employment service designed to create a more inclusive future. It aims to support people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions in preparing for, finding, and maintaining work, and growing their careers.

Who can join Inclusive Employment Australia?

Inclusive Employment Australia can support you if:

  • You have disability, injury or health condition,

AND

  • Can work between a few hours and 30 hours per week. 
Whatโ€™s new with Inclusive Employment Australia?

Inclusive Employment Australia will support more people with disability, injury and health condition by:

  • No more 2-year limit for getting help. You can access support for as long as you need.
  • Providing more help to get ready for work.
  • More support to employers to you the same job chances as everyone else.
Can I join Inclusive Employment Australia if I am not on income support payments?

Yes. Voluntary Participants not getting a Centrelink income support payment can apply to join Inclusive Employment Australia.

What do I do if I am an Inclusive Employment Australia Participant and want to choose CVGT Employment as my provider?

You can request to transfer to CVGT Employment by:

  • Calling the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260
  • and ask to transfer to CVGT Employment
