Careers Day Out 2026 – Shepparton

Join our CVGT Employment Shepparton team at the largest education, training, and employment expo in Northern Victoria! Careers Day Out 2025 will be held on Thursday, 7 May 2026, from 9AM to 3PM at the Multipurpose Pavilion, Shepparton Showgrounds.

Careers Day Out has been running for over 25 years and attracts over 3,000 students and visitors from years 9 to 12. Careers Day Out is North East Victoria’s largest hands-on careers and pathways event – a day where ambition meets opportunity. For over two decades, it has connected thousands of students with local businesses, training providers and emerging industries, giving them real insights into the world of work.

What makes CDO different is its commitment to hands-on learning. No longer just a hall of brochures, today’s event is designed for interaction: welding simulators, VR headsets, STEM activations, and live demonstrations that bring career pathways to life. Students don’t just hear about a job – they try it, feel it, and imagine themselves in it.

The event is a bridge – turning conversations into opportunities, and opportunities into futures.
