We support apprentices for all kinds of trades including carpentry, mechanical, hairdressing, electrical and plumbing businesses. Our traineeships cover a wide variety of areas including business administration, retail, hospitality, and community services.
CVGT Employment acts as an umbrella employer, allowing you employ an apprentice or trainee as a host business.
They work in your workplace, gaining real-life skills while CVGT Employment handles payroll and administration.
The best way to find an apprenticeship or traineeship is to first think about what interests you.
We’ll chat to find out what you like and what you’re good at.
Then we can match you to the right industry, job type and host employee.
Candidates seeking work come to us and we actively recruit through our candidate pool, social media, and website channels.
We screen for job readiness and support their transition to workplace training.
You can also bring your own candidates and let us handle administrative tasks.
Whilst you will mostly do your training on the job, alongside this, you will also have to do some formal training with a Registered Training Organisation.
