Ms Tobolov has served on the Board since November 2025. She brings more than two decades of experience in strategic leadership, technology and organisational transformation across government, private sector and not-for-profit organisations, having led business model, growth and technology-enabled change agendas for dozens of organisations in Australia and internationally through EY and Accenture. Ms Tobolov began her career as an occupational therapist, delivering rehabilitation and return to work services in Canada and the UK, before moving into strategic and technology-led consulting in health, human services, and other industries. She now provides strategy, service design and digital advisory services through her own consultancy, and also serves on the Boards of Life Without Barriers and Rural Northwest Health.
