Member of the Board since November 2025. Ms Tobolov is a strategist with deep expertise in human-centred design and digital transformation across healthcare, education and other industries. She has led complex change agendas for dozens of organisations in Australia and internationally through global consultancies EY and Accenture, building a strong reputation for delivering sustainable results. Since 2022, Ms Tobolov has provided independent strategy, service design and digital advisory services to human service organisations and start-ups. She also serves on the Board of Life Without Barriers. Ms Tobolov is an occupational therapist by background, having begun her career delivering rehabilitation services within WorkSafe and hospital settings in Canada and the UK.
