Member of the Board since November 2025. Collin (Col) Brady has spent most of his professional life working in community development. In his latest role with the Bendigo Bank, Col has had the privilege of working with the Community Bank network at the local, regional, state and national level. At various times he has led the community strategy for the Bank, developed mechanisms to bring community and government together to deliver on major community infrastructure, facilitated community forums across Australia, participated in recovery efforts following natural disasters and developed community impact tools and approaches. Prior to joining the Bank, Col worked in various State and Federal Government Regional Management roles in areas including economic development, primary care, community aged care, carer support, acquired brain injury case management, indigenous health and wellbeing and sport and recreation. On a personal level, Col has a long history of volunteer involvement in sport and community development. He was the inaugural Chairman for the AFL Central Victoria Commission and was a driving force behind the development of a Community Enterprise model which has been replicated in multiple states. He is a recipient of the inaugural citizen of the year in his local community and a life member of his beloved Ultima Football Netball Club.
