CVGT Employment’s Inclusive Employment Australia team will be attending the Hobart Disability Expo 2026, and we’d love to see you there.
As Tasmania’s premier, longest-running and original not-for-profit Disability Expo, this event brings together people with disability, their families, carers, NDIS service providers and specialist businesses to connect, learn and discover a wide range of supports, services and products.
The expo provides a welcoming environment where attendees can engage directly with providers, consumer leaders, advocates and high-achievers, while celebrating the achievements and aspirations of people with disability across the community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Connect with NDIS service providers and specialist businesses
- Discover services, supports and products available in the community – including us
- Meet consumer leaders, advocates and industry professionals
- Learn about employment and inclusion opportunities
- Network with organisations dedicated to supporting people with disability
- Explore resources designed to help individuals, families and carers achieve their goals
Sensory Hour
The Hobart Disability Expo is proud to offer a dedicated Sensory Hour from 3:00pm – 4:00pm, providing a calm and comfortable environment for individuals who benefit from a lower-sensory experience.
During this time, the expo will:
- Lower noise levels by removing loudspeaker announcements
- Dim bright lighting
- Limit crowd numbers to reduce overstimulation
This session is designed to support individuals with sensory sensitivities, including people with autism, PTSD and sensory processing disorders.
