As the Victorian state election draws near, Greater South East Melbourne (GSEM) Councils invites you to join community and business leaders from across south east Melbourne as we advocate to MPs and candidates the need to develop a regional jobs and skills plan.

Responding to the Victorian government’s recently released Victorian Skills Plan, the event will seek to outline the need for government to partner with GSEM to address the above average unemployment over the past decade and the continued recovery the region requires post COVID.

Join us on Friday 7 October at the Cardinia Cultural Centre to hear from community leaders and key stakeholders who will outline the need for increased workplace participation for women, CALD communities and young people and the importance of developing solutions that remove barriers for better employment outcomes across Greater South East Melbourne.
