Children’s Week 2026 – Parent Pathways

Join us for a fun-filled Children’s Week celebration
“Children have the right to use their own language, celebrate their culture and practise their religion.” – This year’s Children’s Week theme is based on Article 30 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Parents, carers and children are invited to celebrate Children’s Week 2026 with a morning of free family fun in Cobram, Echuca, Numurkah, Kyabram and Mooroopna. Hosted by 54 reasons, part of Save the Children Australia, these community events bring families together to connect, play and access valuable local services and support. 54 reasons works to make rights real for children and young people across Australia.
Through the Parent Pathways program, 54 reasons partners with CVGT Employment to provide personalised support for parents and carers of children under 6. This includes early childhood expertise, family wellbeing support and community connections that help families thrive.
