As the current Disability Employment Services (DES) program concludes on 31 October 2025, we’re inviting expressions of interest from passionate individuals who want to be part of this exciting new chapter.

What roles are available?
Administration Officer
You’ll be the welcoming face of CVGT, providing professional, inclusive customer service and reliable administrative support across our IEA sites.

Job Coach
Support participants to overcome barriers and build job readiness through tailored coaching, group workshops, and employer engagement.

Work Support Mentor
Provide tailored, on-site support to help participants overcome workplace challenges, build confidence, and maintain long-term employment.

Employer Engagement Specialist
Build strategic partnerships and promote inclusive hiring to match participants with meaningful roles, driving long-term employment outcomes

Team Leader
Support daily site operations by providing hands-on leadership to frontline staff. Coach and mentor team members, uphold service quality and compliance, and foster an inclusive culture that empowers participants toward meaningful employment

Employment Services Area Manager
Lead strategic and operational delivery of person-centred employment services across your Employment Service Area (ESA). Guide your team to ensure program consistency and compliance, fostering inclusive practices and strong stakeholder partnerships.
