Jobs Victoria - Second Chance Young Stars
The Second Chance Young Stars program has been specially designed to offer an alternative employment activity for young people before the court.
- Are you aged between 15 and 24 years?
- Do you have pending court matters at the Magistrates Court?
- Are you unemployed?
- Do you want to get a job?
- Do you need help accessing services?
Our staff work closely with legal representatives, employers and community support services to identify job opportunities and prepare participants for these roles.
From the minute you enter the Second Chance Young Stars program you will be supported and encouraged as we help you search for a job.
Employing a young person through Second Chance Young Stars may be the solution you’ve been looking for.
For employers, we will talk to you to understand your business and staffing needs. Then we will match this to our extensive database of candidates to deliver the right match to your business.
Second Chance Young Stars helps disadvantaged Victorians to use their knowledge and skills for their own benefit, for business and for the wider community. By offering one of our participants a ‘second chance’ you will get an employee who wants to work and lay the foundations for a brighter future.
Lodge your vacancy with us and we will do the rest.
