Description of Job:
- Administrative duties
- Follow department processes
- Filing and scanning
- Invoice creation
- Invoice entry
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Managing phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
- Reporting to the Finance Manager with weekly updates
Competencies or Required Abilities:
- Computer skills, familiar in all Microsoft Office programmes and ability to navigate the internet
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and proactive
