Description of Job:

  • Administrative duties
  • Follow department processes
  • Filing and scanning
  • Invoice creation
  • Invoice entry
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Managing phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
  • Reporting to the Finance Manager with weekly updates

Competencies or Required Abilities:

  • Computer skills, familiar in all Microsoft Office programmes and ability to navigate the internet
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and proactive
