We have an opportunity available for an Employment Consultant / Career Coach to join CVGT Australia and work with our great team at Wagga Wagga.

Activity Coordinators are responsible for the management of jobseekers in their Work for the Dole phase including conducting risk assessments, monitoring attendance of jobseekers on Annual Activity Requirement (AAR) activities and hosting workshops. Ensuring that the welfare health and safety of activity participants by strictly complying with WHS Legislation through compliance with the risk assessment policy framework is key to this role.

You will undertake internal competency based training and play a key role in sourcing and creating new activities. Developing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with host organisations to ensure that adequate places are sourced for jobseekers.

This position is full time and will be employed on a Maximum Term contract working to 26 June 2020 with the view to extend past this point subject to ongoing contract operation.
