CVGT is looking for qualified and motivated candidates to work as Managers, Senior Mentors, and Mentors to deliver a new Pre-Employment Program for Parents funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
These are genuine job opportunities with the potential for many roles to fill for new CVGT Employment services commencing on 1 November 2024.
What roles are available?
We’re seeking applications from talented and community-focused individuals to join our amazing team for the Pre-Employment Program for Parents. We anticipate positions will be available in various locations across Victoria (including the Western Melbourne Area).
Relevant qualifications could include anything related to the Community Services & Welfare fields.
Managers
Will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or relevant management experience.
Senior Mentors
Offering a more intensive level of support to clients with complex needs and barriers, would be expected to hold a Diploma level qualification.
Mentor
Providing generalist support and requiring a minimum relevant qualification of Certificate III/IV or Diploma (or a willingness to work towards one).
