What training and support will participants receive?
Training (Accredited and Non-Accredited)

The training provided under NGJC is designed to provide opportunities to gain vocational skills tailored towards environmental and climate change growth or emerging environmental industries.

Work Preparation Support

Participants will be provided individual work preparation support which includes exploration and identification of career options, career advice and job search support.

NGJC Supplement

Participants receiving income support payments such as Newstart Allowance, Youth Allowance (other) and Parenting Payment may also be eligible to receive a NGJC Supplement of $41.60 per fortnight in addition to regular payments to assist with the costs involved in participation.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Participants will receive the necessary PPE which will generally consist of 1 pair steel capped boots, 1 pair of trousers, 1 long sleeved shirt, sunscreen, gloves, broad rimmed hat and jumper.

Getting to the Project Site

The Team Leader will arrange to pick up Participants at agreed designated pick up points on the way to the Project site using our own CVGT bus.
