About the job
Most of the work available during the season involves picking fruit. This requires a certain level of physical fitness as the work can be demanding. You must be capable of
repetitious work and be able to use ladders whilst wearing a picking bag. The picking bag is worn over your shoulders and can hold up to 20kg of fruit.
Rates of pay are usually piecework (i.e. payment per bin of fruit picked).Full details of payment rates
