CVGT is a contracted Australian Apprenticeship centre operating
under the AusNAC branding. This means we are able to service all
Employer and Australian Apprenticeship needs. The term "Australian
Apprentice" relates to traditional trades and traineeships. So
irrespective of the employment model you use like full time, part
time, School based , direct or through Group training we can assist
you
So what will CVGT do for you as an Employer or as an Australian
Apprentice
For Employers we will:
- talk over your needs and most importantly listen.
- provide information on Australian apprenticeship options that
are relevant to you business
- discuss skilling up your existing work force through Australian
Apprenticeships
- assist with the completion with all documentation
- provide advice on employer incentives that are applicable for
new workers and/or existing staff inclusive of no obligation
incentive estimate information
- pay to you the employer incentives as they become due
- supply at your request payment reconciliation statements i.e.
where your payments are up to
- provide support to you over the duration of the Australian
apprenticeship
- where necessary assist with the selection of an training
provider
For Apprentices we will:.
- provide advice on career options
- outline personal incentives that are available in certain
circumstances
- pay personal incentives, if applicable
- assist with documentation completion
- support you over the duration of the Australian
Apprenticeship
- link you to agencies that can further assist with career
options
All services to Employers and Australian Apprentices are at NO
cost
